Southfield (WWJ) -- If you have school activities or classes this evening, you may want to call ahead to check the status of those events.
A number of schools are closed and classes have been cancelled for Tuesday evening.
Here are some of the closings:
- Madonna University and Madonna's Orchard Lake Campus - no classes after 4 p.m.
- All after-school and evening activities in the Detroit Public Schools are cancelled
- University of Michigan Flint -no evening classes
- Siena Heights University's Southfield campus is closed
- Ashland Seminary - no evening classes
