Their lease rates start at $75 a month, or for as little as $300, members are provided all of the advantages of a professional office setting such as a furnished office, Wi-Fi and high speed internet access, conference rooms, color laser printing and scanning, direct dial VoIP phone system, a mailbox, dedicated phone number, shipping/receiving and parking.
“It was our intent to fill 705 South Main in a creative way, giving people who traditional have worked from coffee shops or their home office an affordable professional alternative,” Richmond said. “I have since discovered that centralizing business professionals in one productive setting not only reduces overhead; it’s a business builder through networking opportunities.”
In just two months after opening, the majority of the entrepreneurs using the space reported getting new business from or collaborating with other tenants. With today’s economic condition, 705 South Main has proven to be an ideal, cost-effective environment that promotes effortless, face-to-face networking with premium office amenities.
705 South Main is home to a variety of professions from real estate, marketing consultants, attorneys, graphic designers, and writers, all of whom have private offices and share access to the lounge, private meeting areas, and conference rooms.
