ConnecTech plans Energy Summit: On Oct. 30, Connect Tech of Livingston County wil present an all-day Energy Summit and Expo. The event will take place at Cleary University on Grand River Ave. in Genoa Township, between Brighton and Howell. Zell Lurie Institute to Host Annual Private Equity Conference: Bringing together private equity, investment banking and business leaders from across the country, The Samuel Zell & Robert H. Lurie Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business will host its annual Michigan Private Equity Conference on Friday, Sept. 25 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Michigan Union. The event will feature a host of private equity leaders who will offer perspective on global and regional trends shaping the state of private equity.
