Ford Sets Up Cash For Clunkers Website

Southfield (WWJ)  -- Ford has launched a new website to let customers know if their vehicle qualifies for the new Cash-for-Clunkers program, recently signed by President Barack Obama.

Ford's Matt Van Dyke tells WWJ the site identifies 20 Ford, Lincoln and Mercury models available after a car owner trades in their old model.  He says you can "literally input information about what model car you have, then find out if it qualifies.

Van Dyke says the site has had a large amount of traffic since it went online last week.
