Awards and Certifications From July 1

Trivalent Receives EMC Award: Grandville-based Trivalent Group, one of Michigan’s largest technology firms, recently received the 2009 EMC Velocity2 Authorized Services Network Quality Award from EMC Corp. The annual award recognizes ASN partners for achieving outstanding service excellence and delivering exemplary levels of customer satisfaction as demonstrated by EMC Velocity Authorize Services Network Quality program. The ASNQ program is a project-specific survey designed for Velocity2 ASN partners to solicit customer feedback about the quality of their service engagements. The survey results enable partners to engage in a continuous improvement process, resulting in a higher level of professional services quality and customer satisfaction. The Velocity2 ASN program is a select community of Velocity2 partners, certified by EMC, that complements and extends EMC’s service offerings and expands EMC’s Global Services coverage capabilities.
