Client Wins From June 24

ZenaComp Helps Clearview Eyecare See Technology Options Clearly: Farmington Hills-based ZenaComp Inc., a full-service Microsoft Gold Certified technology partner for small to medium size businesses, analyzed, recommended and implemented new computer network equipment for Clearview Eyecare’s  Novi office.   "Technology is rapidly changing in the eye care industry," said Carole Paveglio of Clearview. "Because we utilize the latest in diagnostic equipment and are committed to servicing our clients with state of the art technology, we needed a partner that could help us weigh our options and then have the necessary expertise to implement our strategic vision.” ZenaComp first performed its ZenaCareSM Cycle 1: Technology Audit to accurately access what technology changes needed to be made. After analyzing the findings, ZenaComp executive vice president Peggy Feltner recommended that Clearview Eyecare install a Microsoft Terminal Server and new Firewall to centralize their data storage, enable the use of “thin client” computers to lower the cost of desktop computing and ultimately raise the level of security to protect their large amounts of client information and allow for secure remote computing. Clearview Eyecare specializes in vision care and products. Services include comprehensive eye examinations, optical dispensing, surgery co-management, laser vision correction with attention on eye infection and disease detection. Clearview Eyecare has a wide array of products such as eye care lenses, frames, contact lenses, sunglasses and sportswear for both children and adults.
