James Meintjes

Roeper, Volunteer - 1st year of involvement in FIRST

What we've heard about Mr. Meintjes:

"James has been a volunteer in the Roeper robotics program for the last four years. Even though he is still a high school student, he has been hired by Roeper as a coach for both their OCCRA and now their FIRST robotics teams.

James has been instrumental in building the Roeper robotics team. He is a past student at the school, still a high school senior at Lahser Bloomfield Hills. However, James has been instrumental in establishing and leading the Roeper FIRST Robotics team, building in his leadership of their very successful OCCRA team. I believe that every one at Roeper will agree that James is in a unique position - a high school senior at Lahser, but also an essential element in the Roeper robotics program."
