She spends hours outside of school working on fund raising projects, organizing transportation, scheduling weeklyl team meetings, weekly team pizza parties, works with students closely with relatated robot technology and assists students with related web design.
Rose Cybulski is an extremely positive role model. She does not hesitate to work beyond the scheduled work day, plans robotic related events during school holidays and closely works with her students regarding robotics related problem solving. Mrs. Cybulski always encourages her students to learn from technology related robotics errors, encourages students to work in a collaborative manner and makes every attempt to create a positive learning atmosphere within the robotics workroom. She always maintains consistency in rules, routine and general expecations of student conduct. Students are publically praised for participating in robotics and are provided with frequent opportunities to participate in planned robotics activities.
