Detroit (WWJ) -- Metro Detroit will be home to another big foreclosure auction.
Texas-based "Hudson & Marshall" will auction nearly 460 local bank-owned foreclosures from January 16 - 18 at the Dearborn Inn.
Half of them will be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of the price. Would-be home buyers will need to make a $1,000 deposit via cash or certified check.
