Gov. Granholm on Obama Transition Team



Lansing (WWJ)  -- Governor Jennifer Granholm is joining President-elect Barack Obama's transition team.

Granholm is one of 17 people appointed to help advise Obama on economic matters. She'll meet with Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden in Chicago on Friday.

Also reportednlyon the "transition economic advisory board"; former Michigan Congressman David Bonior, two former U.S. treasury secretaries, Robert Rubin and Lawrence Summers, and the country's richest man, investor Warren Buffett.
