Million-Mile Truck to Go On Ebay

Catawba, WI (AP)  -- The owner of a 1991 Chevrolet Silverado that's traveled more than one million miles is parting with what he affectionately calls his ``old girl.''

Frank Oresnik says his pickup with 1.03 million miles goes on sale on eBay on tomorrow night. The minimum bid is $30,000 and the auction continues for 10 days.

The 58-year-old northern Wisconsin man says he wants his pickup to go to someone who can display it because it is so unique.

He hopes it sells for more than $100,000.

Oresnik attracted national attention in February when he reached the one million mile mark while doing a live interview on National Public Radio.

He says the truck has had four radiators, three gas tanks and five transmissions but the engine is still original.
