McCain in Michigan Today

Birmingham (WWJ)  -- John McCain comes to Michigan Wednedsay, in search of votes and campaign dollars.

The Republican presidential candidate will attend three Oakland County fundraising events.  They'll be at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, West Bloomfield, and another Birmingham stop.  None of the three stops are open to the general public.

U.S. Sen. Joe Lieberman will be joining McCain for the visit.  The Connecticut independent--and former Democrat--will attend a 7:30 p.m. reception hosted by the Jewish Advisory Council at Farmington Hills' Holocaust Memorial Center.
