SBAM's Clevey Named To SBIR-STTR Panel: Mark H. Clevey, vice president of the Small Business Association of Michigan’s Entrepreneurial Development Center and executive director of the Small Business Foundation of Michigan, has received a two-year appointment to the National Science Foundation Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Advisory Committee. Clevey is a nationally recognized expert in entrepreneurship. In addition to serving on the Advisory Committee, he is a member of the National Science Foundation’s Committee of Visitors, which conducted an audit and evaluation of the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer program. Clevey also co-authors the annual Michigan Entrepreneurship Score Card.
Osiris Innovations Group Hires COO: Auburn Hills-based Osiris Innovations Group, a provider of e-business systems, supplier applications and procurement services, has hired Mark Wright as chief operating officer. In this new position, Wright oversees all product management, product development, technical operations, customer services, and implementation services for Osiris. Wright joins Osiris with more than 29 years of experience in software development, enterprise infrastructure deployment, large scale project management and operations management. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of product development for Procuri Inc. where he was responsible for leading the company’s product development and technical operations. Before that, he held several executive-level IT positions in the aerospace, manufacturing, energy, and logistics industries including vice president and CIO for RETX Energy Services Inc.
