New Rental Housing Web Site From Ann Arbor Firm

Ann Arbor-based RentLinx, the rental housing multi-list, Thursday announced REIArentals.com, a new national Web site featuring National Real Estate Investors Association members' rental properties.

This Web site is designed to help residents find rental housing and to give REIA members online marketing exposure for their portfolios. The site is free to both renters and REIA members.

REIArentals.com is the 58th website to join the fast-growing RentLinx Multi-List Network. REIA members update their listings once at RentLinx.com, and RentLinx places their ads on REIArentals.com, and on other free websites like GoogleBase, ShowMeTheRent, HotPads, Vast and Oodle.

RentLinx also announced MIRentalGuide.com, a new Web site featuring Michigan properties. Renters can quickly search properties owned by members of the Rental Property Owners Association of Kent County, a local REIA affiliate.

With a few keystrokes, renters get a comprehensive list of available rental properties in their rent range. Renters can click on a specific property to view property descriptions, photos, amenities, floor plans, video tours, satellite maps, applications and leases.

“The majority of renters search for their next home online," said RentLinx founder Jeremy Schneider. "RentLinx gives property owners a fast and effective online tool that maximizes their marketing efforts and helps them fill their vacancies faster. With REIA and RPOA joining the RentLinx Multi-List Network, we will soon be serving up over 1 million property views to renters each month.”

The National Real Estate Investors Association is a 501 (c) 6 trade association comprised of local associations and investment clubs with approximately 40,000 members across the U.S. REIA is the largest broad based organization dedicated to the individual investor.
