E-Mail Story Print Story Text Size:   A   A   A Posted: Tuesday, 22 April 2008 7:27PM Tech Tour Gets Under Way In Kalamazoo Greetings from Kalamazoo, where I've arrived to kick off the Great Lakes IT Report 2008 Spring Tech Tour Wednesday. Wednesday morning, I'll be meeting with several fascinating tech companies in southwest Michigan, everything from a Web consultant operating out of Buchanan, to a life sciences startup, to a longtime Kalamazoo software developer that's just been bought out -- what's the future there? -- to a tour of the Southwest Michigan Innovation Center, a life sciences incubator. After that it's off to Grand Rapids, where I'll be meeting with companies Thursday morning. The rest of the itinerary calls for meetings in Traverse City Friday, Marquette Saturday, Mt. Pleasant Monday, Lansing Tuesday, and Flint a week from today, April 30.
