WWJ Newsradio 950 and the University Research Corridor present Embracing A Green Michigan - Carbon Culture At The Crossroads, a half day business conference highlighting the work that's being done in Michigan to develop new technologies and new thinking about the energy and environment. 

Two panel discussions will explore the following concepts

  • The public policies that are needed at the federal, state and local government levels to create a bioeconomy.
  • How environmental concerns will change the products we use every day.
  • The challenges of changing public behavior and habits to support new energy and environmental technologies.
  • The infrastructure changes that will be needed to support environmentally-friendly vehicles.
