Zana Network Becomes World?s Largest Contract Portal for Small Biz

Farmington Hills-based Zana Network Thursday announced the world’s largest contractual portal with more than $350 billion in contracts available immediately.

In addition, Zana Network announced access to financing for small and medium enterprises in approximately 240 countries.

“In this down economy, SMEs feel the pressure to look far and wide to attract business," said Zana CEO Howard Keating. "By joining ZANA Network, they can have a ready supply of new business leads along with worldwide and all U.S. government contracts to help them navigate 2008 and beyond, right at their fingertips.”

Added Keating: “Zana Network can mitigate the financial risk for our members by insuring trade transactions through credit insurance and providing access to credit reports and our internal accountability rating system. These, combined with ZANA Network’s ability to help SMEs recruit sales agents and distributors, equip ZANA Network members with more opportunities for resources and the ability to expand into non-traditional, profitable arenas.”

Contract data is updated daily, so Zana Network members can be assured of a steady pipeline of available opportunities. For example, a quick review of today’s database revealed thousands of opportunities such as a new country project strategy in Vietnam worth $4 billion U.S., agriculture and energy projects in Mali and a Department of Interior crude oil and natural gas market data project.

“I know I must make business development a priority, but it is hard when I am focused on the ‘business’ of running my business,” said Scott Thornton, Managing Partner, TMV Group and ZANA Network member. “Zana Network provides a searchable database of appropriate leads for my company. It is ingenious and invaluable.”

Zana Network also provides access to capital to expand small businesses around the globe. It offers a wide range of government-backed loans at attractive rates, including micro loans for U.S. companies from $5,000 to $25,000, business loans from $25,000 to $2 million and financing programs for exports.
