Verizon Wireless will relocate its Communications Store in Westland to 35000 Warren Road on Friday, June 19.
The new 3,330-square-foot store will showcase a new and highly interactive retail concept that is a departure from Verizon Wireless’ traditional retail store design.
Customers will be able to pick up and try more than 48 functioning wireless phones and experience on-demand access to more than five million downloadable songs and cutting-edge 3D games, short news, weather, sports and entertainment video clips.
The store also will feature accessories such as Bluetooth headsets as well as laptops with wireless cards and modems and interactive television screens.
The new Verizon Wireless Communications Store, managed by Jill Robinson, will be open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The store’s phone number is (734) 513-4096.
