VIDEO: Fuel Efficient Transmissions

DETROIT (WWJ)  -- Ford Motor Co. says it's going to greatly expand the use of six speed transmissions, which improve fuel efficiency by about four to six per cent. 

In the video below, WWJ AutoBeat Repoter Jeff Gilbert takes us to the Van Dyke Transmission Plant in Sterling Heights, where many of these transmissions will be built.
