Huron Capital gets sales exec: Detroit-based Huron Capital Partners LLC announced Monday that Gretchen Perkins has joined the firm as vice president of business development. With more than 20 years experience in the finance and business development sectors, Perkins fills the newly created marketing position with a deep network of contacts in the business transaction world. Perkins will be responsible for driving the firm's efforts to originate investment opportunities as an equity sponsor for management buyouts and recapitalizations for new platform investments as well as add-on acquisitions for existing market strategies.
