Sheriff's Department Not Sure Where Kilpatrick Will Serve Time

Detroit (WWJ)  -- The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says it's still trying to determine where Kwame Kilpatrick will serve his four-month jail sentence. 

Spokesman John Roach said one place Kilpatrick won't be headed is to the general population.  Roach cites safety concerns for Kilpatrick and maintaining order within the jail.

Kilpatrick will begin his jail term October 28th.
