Detroit (WWJ) -- A 43-year-old Detroit man was arraigned in the 39th District Court Wednesday and accused of criminal sexual conduct and aggravated indecent exposure.
George Herron went to the house of a 21-year-old, unnamed Roseville woman to discuss a delinquent account she had with Rent-A-Canter, Herron's employer. Herron allegedly offered to make the problem disappear in exchange for a sexual act, and then exposed himself to the woman who drew back when he grabber her hands.
Herron then allegedly performed a sexual act on himself before leaving the home and calling the woman and suggesting the exchange again. Roseville police said that the woman then reported the incidents and they investigated.
Police presented the case to the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office who have charged Herron with two accounts of criminal sexual conduct in the forth degree and one account of aggravated indecent exposure, both are two-year, high court misdemeanors. Herron's bond as been set at $10,000 and his preliminary exam is scheduled for Nov. 18.
