Premier Visiting Nurses Offers Free Health Screening Plus Flu Shot for Seniors



Premier Visiting Nurses and St. Anthony Health Care Center in Warren have teamed up to offer free health screenings and low-cost flu shots to seniors 65 and older on October 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at St. Anthony. 

Flu shots are $10, however the cost is covered for those with Medicare (be sure to bring your card).

The optional free health screening includes an evaluation by a nurse, blood pressure and pulse oximetry readings, and the opportunity to discuss your health concerns.  Additional information will be available on topics such as free Medicare-provided services, how to prevent falls and fractures, and how to cope with diseases such as Alzheimer's.

St. Anthony Health Care Center St. is located at 31830 Ryan Road, Warren, MI 48092, between 13 and 14 Mile Roads on the east side of Ryan.
