• Complimentary Welcome Bags
• Complimentary Post Cards, Letter Head and Pencils
• Assistance locating or attaining group hotel accommodations
• Assistance locating park, picnic and banquet facilities
• Suggestions for area attractions and activities (for kids, adults and seniors)
• Assistance with obtaining certificates, awards, and letters from the Governor, Mayor and City Council
