Osiris Innovations Group to Provide e-Procurement

Auburn Hills-based Osiris Innovations Group, which provides a variety of online supplier and procurement services, has been chosen by automotive supplier CRH North America, to provide multiple procurement services that support the company’s maintenance, repair and operations procurement processes.

“Streamlining our procurement processes allows us to better manage our supply chain,” said Patrick Timmerman, CFO of CRH North America. “Osiris’ services enable our company to work more efficiently, a goal that we continuously work toward.”

Osiris will provide OS RAM, OS Catalog and strategic procurement services to support the standardization and automation of MRO procurement processes at CRH.

Osiris’ services will allow CRH personnel to search supplier-maintained commodity catalogs in Osiris’ OS Catalog and create requisitions and purchase orders in SAP via the Oracle Call Interface between OS Catalog and SAP. Once a requisition has been approved to a purchase order in SAP, the order will automatically be sent to the chosen suppliers’ OS RAM site via the Intermediate Document Interface between SAP and OS RAM. The entire requisition-to-payment process is automated and standardized allowing for all communications to take place between the SAP system and the Osiris platform.

Privately-held Osiris combines decades of non-production purchasing experience with a striking e-business solution. Osiris helps companies reduce costs, errors and cycle times throughout the supply chain. In three years, Osiris has achieved unprecedented growth including a 180 percent increase in staff, 150 percent expansion in office space and 45 percent revenue growth.
