A Troy recruiting and staffing firm called Resource, The Smart Workforce Company, Friday announced the launch of its new Web site,  www.smartworkforce.com, featuring the introduction of its new managed services division.

The new site serves the needs of several different audiences.

Clients and prospects can find services quickly and easily with streamlined navigation. Current staffing employees have their own section for interactive time reporting and staying connected to their Resource office. Perspective candidates have an easy to use section for uploading resumes and applying to open opportunities.

The new managed services division offers a wide range of recruiting services for clients including talent mining, project-based hiring and recruitment process outsourcing.

Resource currently operates four offices; besides Troy, there are offices in  Dallas, Texas; Westin, Fla.; and Birmingham, Ala.
 
Today, Resource  represents more than 550 consultants and 100 clients nationwide, providing staff augmentation, contingency and retained search, and managed recruiting services in finance and accounting, IT, engineering and design, human resource and executive positions.
