New Software From NCode

NCode International, the Sheffield, UK-based software firm with its United States headquarters in Southfield, has launched a new product for Web-based analysis and management of test data.

NCode said the new product, called ICE-flow Automation, will revolutionize collaborative engineering test and monitoring applications, integrating advanced Web-based data management technology with nCode’s GlyphWorks data analysis software.

NCode said ICE-flow Automation simplifies distribution of engineering data and information -- within a group, corporation or globally. The software’s Web-based interface and dynamic reporting allows cost-effective, collaborative sharing of collected or monitored tests data. Its key features include: automatic, data validation, standard and custom on-line analysis, and Web reporting based on user defined analysis and queries.

ICE-flow Automation standardizes analysis across a company, avoiding the IT costs and time associated with processing huge test data sets, and makes the information locked up in test data readily accessible.  Its automated data processing enables trends and key operating effects to easily be identified from all of the collected data and delivered in the form of characteristic information and detailed reports. Engineers can perform investigative analysis on the entire set of corporate data without ever moving that data.

Said Kevin Knill, ICE-flow Automation Product Manager: “We truly believe ICE-flow Automation is a breakthrough product. We have integrated nCode’s proven analysis and Web-based technology, already in use by multiple customers, into a system that is rapidly deployed, eliminating the need to move large data files around an organization. ICE-flow Automation can be rapidly configured by the user to carry out on-line analysis and generate Web based reports. Companies can now take the 'analysis to the data' and streamline test data analysis and management.”

ICE-flow Automation is a part of the new ICE-flow 5 release from nCode which also sees major enhancements to the GlyphWorks and DesignLife analysis products.

NCode provides durability test and measurement, fleet monitoring and computer aided engineering software. It offers measurement instruments, software, and services that help customers eliminate unexpected failures by measuring and converting durability, performance and operational data into information from which intelligent business decisions can be made.
