New Software From CrimeCog

Ann Arbor-based CrimeCog Technologies Inc. announced a new, advanced law enforcement records management system and a new jail booking and management system software suite delivered over the Web on a software-as-a-service model.

The announcement came at the National Sheriffs Association conference in Indianapolis.

CrimeCog's Web-based SaaS offering will enable law enforcement agencies in medium-to-small sized communities to immediately realize the benefits of CrimeCog's comprehensive, feature-rich and fully integrated RMS and JMS applications while avoiding expensive hardware and software upgrades.

CrimeCog's introductory pricing for RMS is based on the number of officers in the department and the number of jail beds for JMS. Agencies may elect to subscribe to one of two editions, Preferred or Professional, at the price of $1 or $2 per officer per day respectively for the records management system, and 50 cents and 75 cents per day for the jail management system.

CrimeCog Technologies provides efficient, resource-saving information services to law enforcement agencies worldwide with the E-Justice Systems suite of advanced Web-based tools, initially developed by Northrop Grumman.
