White Lake Township (WWJ) -- An Amber Alert was cancelled Tuesday morning for a missing 12-year old White Lake Township girl.
Police say that Brittany Ann McGuire was last seen getting off a school bus on Casa Mia around 3 p.m. Monday. Chief Ronald Stephens told WWJ that the girl had likely run away because of being disciplined recently for poor grades.
Police told WWJ that she was found sleeping under the bleachers at Waterford Middle School.
The girl is said to be fine and back with her parents.
