Marie Osborne

Marie Osborne has been in Detroit Radio for 25 years, earning dozens of local and state awards along with three national Edward R Murrow Awards, two Women in Communications Clarion awards and a Headliner award.

She’s been named one of the most influential women in Detroit radio and is a frequent contributor to the CBS Radio Network and the BBC. The best part of being a reporter? Helping people understand one another by telling their unique stories.

Joining the news team at WWJ has been on Marie’s professional wish list for years. She and her husband have three children.  Marie's hobbies include reading and knitting and has often had to defend a long time hobby---button collecting.
