|
Many 9th grade students have a subtraction problem. If you have a child entering high school, sit down with him or her this fall and talk about the slide in grade that affects most 9th grade students.
When student leave middle school and enter high school, they can lose much as a whole grade of grade point average, due to the heightened expectations of work and academic skills.
If you can prevent your child from making this slide, which affects a majority of high school students in many schools, you will be on track for good grades and the college of your choice.
