Green Cleaning Gear Firm Gets Manufacturer

Saranac-based NXGen Holdings Inc. (OTCPK: NXGH) Wednesday announced that its subsidiary, Green Bridge Industries Inc., has signed an agreement with an undisclosed  Chicago-area manufacturing plant for its manufacturing, packaging, and storage capabilities.

The plant is approximately 60,000 square feet and has six production lines, which Green Bridge Industries will use to manufacture its GBI and private label product lines.

NXGen officials said management at the plant has more than 100 years of contract manufacturing experience and is currently working with a variety of different products such as dry and powdered food products, household products, beverages, pharmaceuticals and pet food products. Some of its primary and secondary packaging capabilities include pouches, vertical form, fill and seal, bundling, shrink wrapping, bag in-box, amongst others.

Green Bridge Industries is also finalizing agreements with several additional contract manufacturers and packagers nationwide, which have the ability to fulfill the company's production needs, both geographically and capacity related, in California, Illinois, Michigan, and the New England region.

"The manufacturing agreement that Green Bridge Industries has finalized will enable us to meet the demand for our environmentally friendly, non-toxic product line as we continue to implement our strategic marketing and sales strategy," said NXGen CEO William White.

Green Bridge offers non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning products to fit the sanitation needs of the medical, agricultural, military, and retail markets. The company has the ability to develop 100 percent organic alternative cleaning products, which are superior to the synthetic products currently offered in the marketplace. The company's products are safe for the surfaces it cleans, the environment, animals and humans.
