Foreclosure for Older Americans on the Rise: Protect Yourself


The statistics are alarming: 634,000 Americans age 50 and over are delinquent on their mortgages, with another 50,000 in foreclosure or having lost their homes. 

Foreclosures In Mich. Decline Dramatically


New data suggests home foreclosures in Michigan are declining. Filings in the state dropped 7 percent in January compared with a year ago. Michigan now ranks 10th nationwide for foreclosure filings.
