A Michigan hall of fame high school hockey coach accused of sexually assaulting a teen boy says he'll plead guilty in state and federal court.
The disclosure came Tuesday in Wayne County Circuit Court. Robert Bopp is accused of paying a boy for oral sex at the 53-year-old's suburban Detroit home.
Grosse Pointe South High School immediately dismissed him after he was charged in June.
Assistant Prosecutor Lora Weingarden told a judge Bopp will plead guilty to first-degree criminal sexual conduct after he's charged in federal court, possibly next week.
The FBI says it has photos of Bopp having sex with minors. It wasn't immediately known what the federal charges will be, but Bopp says he'll plead guilty in that court, too.
