Comcast sets job fair: This Friday, May 9, Comcast is holding a job fair at the University of Phoenix campus in Southfield from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The campus is at 4400 Town Center Drive. Interested participants can apply online through the “Careers” section of www.comcast.com, and clicking on “Search for a job.” Comcast is looking for candidates to fill positions for customer service and retention managers and customer service and retention representatives. Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have two or more years of management experience. Strong sales and customer service skills are necessary. Qualified candidates will have on-site interview opportunities. Comcast recently announced plans to invest $165 million in Michigan during 2008, creating up to 300 jobs statewide.
