CrimeCog Technologies, Inc. said Tuesday it had moved its corporate headquarters from Milford to Ann Arbor.
CrimeCog offers a fully integrated criminal justice information system to public safety agencies around the world. E-Justice Systems by CrimeCog is available to any public safety agency using CrimeCog's unique Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model for a simple monthly subscription fee.
The system manages all forms of police and sheriff department records management, jail management, and court records in an integrated model, allowing inter- and intra-jurisdictional data sharing, without the burden of internal large IT systems management and upfront costs.
"With the finalization of the acquisition of the E-Justice Systems software, employees and customer base from Northrop Grumman in late 2007, CrimeCog is now poised for significant growth," CrimeCog president and COO Joe McKeown said. "The Ann Arbor market gives us access to the technical and business resources we will utilize to expand our customer base. We are uniquely positioned to provide the collection, analysis, reporting, storing and sharing of public safety information that is so desperately needed today by law enforcement agencies."
The Company, founded in 2003 by current chairman Tim Daley, is privately held and has additional offices and operations in Texas, Colorado, Illinois, Washington D.C. and Florida. It currently serves over 15,000 customers.
