Nextep gets new casino for kiosks: The IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi, Miss. has joined the growing list of casinos implementing the Casino Express touch screen ordering system from Troy-based Nextep Systems Inc. The six Casino Express kiosks allow customers to order and pay for the Back Bay Buffet from simple, intuitive touch screen kiosks. Payment types include cash, credit, debit, room charges, and IP Rewards. Casino Express is the only system that also allows split tender payments, for example a reward card payment with the balance charged to a guest's room. Nextep says Casino Express provides many beneifts for the casino and the guest. With all employees focused on customer service and seating, lines are reduced and seating times are improved. Guests don't have to fear the buffet line, with wait times minimized even during peak hours. Casinos appreciate guests spending more time on the gaming floor than standing in line. IP Biloxi joins other leading edge casinos like MotorCity Casino Hotel, Cache Creek Casino, Little River Casino, Harrah's Atlantic City, and others in using Casino Express.
