To enhance economic development retention, expansion and attraction efforts, the City of Novi has launched an economic development site, www.investnovi.org.

City officials say the site includes the following:

* An Available Properties feature, at which commercial developers and real estate brokers have the opportunity to list Novi properties for sale or lease.

* A Share your Stories section, giving Novi businesses a venue in which to share interesting news, press releases, and the like.  

*  A Doing Business section detailing ordinance updates and offering a Development Review Process Checklist for applicants.   

* Video streaming of business cable television programs, including Update Novi with Mayor Landry, Corporate Review with Economic Development Manager Ara Topouzian, Faces and Places with Neighborhood and Small Business Manager Cindy Uglow, and Novi Pulse.   

* A listing of key development projects in Novi.  

* Business Resources, a section devoted to highlighting opportunities for community involvement and valuable businesses marketing/networking opportunities offered through the Neighborhood and Business Relations Group.  

* Testimonials from valued business members.
