Cell phones can be a teenager’s lifeline to their social world. But if they use poor judgment, they can find themselves in trouble at school and with the criminal justice system.
Michigan has seen a series of incidents where teenagers have taken and sent inappropriate pictures on their cell phones and forwarded the images to friends.
