Bodman Partner Helps Write The Book On IP Law

Courtland W. Anderson, a partner in the Troy office of the law firm Bodman LLP, has authored “Current Trends in Intellectual Property Protection and Enforcement,” a chapter in "Intellectual Property Law 2008 – Top Lawyers on Trends and Key Strategies for the Upcoming Year."

Intellectual Property Law 2008 is part of the Thought Leadership Series from Aspatore which is targeted to C-level executives and other key business decision makers.

Anderson represents clients in intellectual property matters, including drafting technology development and license agreements and Web site development and hosting agreements, advice on Internet security issues, preparation of general service agreements, and counsel on trademark matters. He also helps clients negotiate production and services agreements for television series, commercials and other video and multi-media productions.
